The Best Herbs For Raising Your Vibration, & A Positive Mind!

In this post I’m going to share with you 4 of the best herbs that you can take for a positive mind. These holistic, mood boosting herbs, are some of my favourites, that I have tried and tested. They are proven to naturally improve your mood. They will raise your vibration, and give you a positive mindset. Sometime we need a little bit of a boost to get motivated, or gain clarity. There are many ways that we can do this naturally, with holistic remedies, and herbs that lift away fogginess, for a healthy, positive mind, and I can’t wait to share some with you!
1. Cacao
If you are feeling blocked, cacao is a herb that you can take to remove any mental blocks. This is also beneficial to the heart centre, and is a heart opening herb. When our heart is open, we are open to receiving. We can receive more love in our life, and feel more love, and positive emotions. I enjoy drinking cacao, and adding it to desserts, to feel the effects. It has been used in ancient ceremonies, where attendees, can receive the beautiful healing benefits.
Cacao also improves blood flow to the brain, so we can gain clarity, and improve our attention span. This delicious herb, has also been said to improve your memory, and allows the brain to release endorphins, which can automatically improve your mood. So get your hands on some cacao powder, and make some tasty treats, or drinks, if you want to improve your mind, and raise your vibe.

2. Maca
Maca is a herb that I enjoy taking in powder form, and it has been known to have mood improving qualities. The flavonoids that Maca contains, are what improves our mood, and they have also been said to reduce anxiety. Maca has also, been said to reduce the symptoms of depression, and can balance hormone levels.
Another reason to try Maca, is that it is also known to increase dopamine levels, which give our bodies that feel good effect. It can also help to reduce brain fog, and raise our energy levels. So if you are feeling sluggish, and want more clarity, add some Maca into your daily diet.

3. Valerian Root
If you suffer from anxiety Valerian root, is the perfect herb for you, this is known as a natural alternative to prescription anxiety drugs. Valerian can also be consumed in teas, capsules, and essential oils. This beautiful herb, will help you to feel calm, and is also used for headaches, and menopause symptoms.
If you are dealing with insomnia, you can also take valerian root, I enjoy drinking this in tea form before bed, to relax me. This always helps to ease me into a restful sleep. Valerian has been said to heal symptoms of insomnia. So if you suffer with any of these symptoms, try pouring yourself a cup before you go to sleep.

4.Holy Basil
Holy Basil is a medicinal herb I love! This is also known as Tusli. Tulsi tea is one of my favourite drinks for clearing the mind, calming my mind, and raising my vibration. I love to have a box of Pukka Tulsi Clarity tea waiting for me, whenever I need it, and want to work on healing my mind.
This herb is well known for anxiety, and stress healing, due to its anti-anxiety, and anti-depressant qualities. As well as the amazing benefits it has on your mind, it can also be helpful for a number of things. It can lower cholesterol, and blood sugar levels, and it can also protect against infection. This is one herb I would definitely recommend trying!
